To make the most of your 30 minutes, here’s what we recommend doing before the call:
- Complete your Business Books Health Scorecard (check your email) and note your score
- Have access to your accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or spreadsheets) during the call if possible
- Write down your 2–3 biggest financial frustrations or questions you want answered
- Know your approximate annual revenue and how many employees or contractors you have
- Come with an open mind, there's no judgment here, only practical solutions
